The shop assistant at this store is incredibly rude. I would strongly advise going to a different homewares store. Very snappy and sarcastic when asked a simple question about stock. ‘Can you see anything that colour?’ was her delightful response. I would never shop here again, at least in Dubbo anyway.

I was just browsing and the staff were attentive but not over bearing.
Whenever I go into this MyHouse I’m always greeted with a smile and the staff are always so attentive and happy to help- something I struggle to see in retail these days. I can never fault the lovely brunette lady that works here with a British (?) accent (sorry didn’t get name!), she’s an asset to the company and needs a pay rise!!
