Great and friendly service. Replaced a blown element free of charge that had been previously replaced in the past 10 to 12 months, no questions asked. Was more than happy to pay for the replacement, refused my offer and handed me the part. Service not often found like that any more! Highly recommended. Be very careful when using these ppl. When I went to pick up my preordered paid for part when notified it had arrived. I gave them my name and she handed me what I thought was mine. When I went back in after just walking out the door, concerned that the part was too small, she never checked it. Said she will deal with it if I have problems. Well I did. Got home and not only was it too small as I thought. It wasn’t my order!! Stressed out as I picked up this part in my lunch time. Went back. She wasn’t there. Told the guy. He laughed!
