We went in on the weekend and this lovely woman matilda helped us out so much. The service was amazing and she spent so much time helping us as we are new puppy owners. The staff there were so lovely and we feel so much more calm and informed.

Got some fish and they guy who helped us (forgot his name) was really lovely and willing to help me learn about the fish I was looking at getting.
