Used to be awesome customer service and helpful staff....no longer, fortunately there is 2 other large pet stores close by where I am more than happy to spend my money. 4 dogs who only eat ziwi peak, wet and dry and they go through a lot...sorry best friends you have lost my 1000s of dollars I spend on my dogs annually. I'll go to pet stock...they may not quite have the same range but their customer service is always good

I recevied really good service. The staff member who assisted me knew his stock range. Best selling point was the willingness to price match the dog food I purchased.

Fantastic customer service from Samantha at Best Friends Pets Fyshwick. Unpacked a delivery just to get me the cat food I needed. Then price matched to get me the best price. Superb. I’ll definitely be back.

The staff in the grooming section were very caring and friendly and they took just enough off my dog.

Have to say, the girls did an amazing job. Well worth it.
