Always very long queues, not enough staff. People behind the counter are good but the front staff are rude, bossy and absolutely no manners, saw elderly in front of me getting treated with no respect. They think they have the monopoly so can treat people however they want.
A bit of a delay on a Saturday morning but fantastic staff. Responsive, respectful, efficient and helpful. I thanked them and hopefully you will too.

This would have to be the worst RMS I have been to lots of misinformation having to keep coming back and forth with long wait times to find out you were misinformed by the front counter staff. Unfortunately its the only one around so they can have poor customer service as there is no other option.
Staff are very friendly and responsive. However, while they enforce COVID restrictions in the line and in the waiting area, once you are at a counter there is someone within 1.5m of you at the next counter, and there is no barrier between you and the staff member. I feel for them having to serve what must be in excess of 50+ people a day. Further, the seats for the licence photos require your space to be further impeded upon every time someone needs one as they are crammed in between two counters. More consistent application of COVID requirements would bring this service centre up to 5 stars.
