Found a small leak in the backyard, and called for help (from the garden irrigation system). He was very patient with me while I tried to explain the leak issue, and when he could assist not me over the phone, he came out to investigate and was able to solve the problem for me.nnVery professional and incredibly helpful. Would absolutely recommend!
Michael's done a few repairs for our old house - he's very frank & very cost-conscious. He always talks through the job so we understand the cost & any risks. He'll give advice against his own interests (he talked us out of a couple of jobs).
Called Silva Plumbing as we had an emergency gas situation. Michael answered and came straight away and saved the day now we can sleep and not worry about gas leaking .
I called Michael about a shower that was not working well and he offered to come over first thing the next day. He efficiently and honestly assessed the issues, offered solutions and then carried out the work in 30mins. His charges were extremely reasonable and he was polite and quick. This is an honest and reliable plumber and I would not hesitate in recommending him.
Michael was very knowledgeable and experienced in the matter. He was very patient when explaining to me what needs to be done. I got to fix the problem without having to spend money, with the help of Michael talking me through the phone. Wouldnt hesitate to contact Michael if i have any issue in the future.
