Recently I was looking for ingredients for a cake , and needed uncooked, food grade wheat as well as polenta. I asked a store assistant where to find these items and he took me to the polenta, though there was none left. It didn't really matter as I had some at home, and then he showed me to the wheat and left me to my shop. About 3 minutes later, he came and found me in another aisle and handed me 2 packets of polenta that he'd gone and found out the back, and I was over the moon. I've never had a bad experience here but this was exceptional customer service :)

Great staff, shelves are always stocked with a good variety of products.
Just terrible! Every afternoon it’s the same thing, very few staff and very long lines. Today the staff member at the service desk called 3 times for staff to the checkouts- none came! They just take customers for granted!
