Alana is such a talented and passionate teacher, the space is beautiful, it's filled with real people, and the class options are suitable for all levels. A beautiful studio! Unpretentious, relaxing space- a peaceful escape in a super convenient location! So easy to park and enter. Alana is awesome- very knowledgeable and experienced. Classes are so enjoyable. Highly recommend.

As a beginner, stepping into InSync is a breath of fresh air. The studio is a welcoming, safe and energising space with classes to suit all bodies and levels. Alana is very knowledgeable and supportive and I leave her classes feeling totally blissed out!

Awesome yoga classes for toning and relaxing. There is a great variety of classes to suit everyone's needs and Alana is a great teacher . Very good vibe and energy. I highly recommend it!!
