Amazing trainers and professional fighters always ready to push you that little bit harder. Been training at 9 round for 8 month now with amazing results. The best 30 min workout with no schedules classes that also works as a stress relief (NO EXCUSES!) Highly recommended for everyone that needs that little motivation to start kicking some ... :).

I have been going here for over a year. Since they opened actually and love love love it. The trainers are highly skilled and fun.They teach you how to do things properly if not doing it right.Every Monday is a challenge for the week which I love.. Then a rerun of it on Friday to try better your score.It is a fun environment to train in.. Highly recommend it..

Great place, Awesome workout. Attended my first session today and really glad I did. Great combination of HIIT and kickboxing style workout stations, a quick and efficient way maintain and/or improve your fitness. Great crowd and the trainers keep you pushing through. Well worth a visit.
