We've used Mark several times over the last few years in several different houses. Mark is always on time and very knowledgeable about all things plumbing. He's so very helpful when we have problems and I particularly love that he never tries to 'up sell' us, even though I might like to have a new bathroom, Mark is honest about what needs to be done to keep the $$$$ down!
