Sapien Rehab and Performance

Have been seeing Scott over the years for various niggles. Latest one is my knee. He is very thorough and knowledgeable. I always feel confident I am getting the best advice and treatment from him and can highly recommend.

I have been working with Scott since 2018, when I originally strained my MCL at Jiu Jitsu. Scott knew how important it was for me to be staying active and rehabilitating my knee to get me back in the water and back at training. We set a goal to achieve and with consistent work, we were back at full strength in 9 weeks. I came to see Scott to take a more holistic approach. I had been suffering with weak pelvic strength after having my daughter. Scott explained the importance of breathing and created a program that was easy to follow and maintainable. Within a few weeks I noticed a huge difference and can feel confident running, jumping and playing.

Scott at Sapien Rehab and Performance has done an amazing job treating my extremely painful back (disk protrusion at L3/4, disk bulge at L4/5 & L5-S1) and leg injury over the past 4 months. He has paid specific attention to my individual injuries and also my personal goals to resume running and surfing once again.
