Terrible service from a new staff member, to busy with a young woman on computer, no consideration to other customers waiting, to busy laughing with woman,when I left and stated he could put my purchases back, he laughed and said something to woman. I'm anregular customer there , was very disappointed in his service manner. My purchase would have been $200 was only there last week purchasing items. Everyone I hv dealt with over time over been wonderful, helpful.

Can find most things you're looking for here. Would be good if the birds and amphibian sections were a bit bigger but I guess there is more call for cats and dogs these days. Worth a drop in, prices seem good and you can buy in bulk if required.

We got the most amazing advice from Alicia for our kitten. She and another coworker took a lot of time going over all our options, and it was clear they had our pet’s best interest in mind, rather than trying to sell us a bunch of stuff we don’t need. Super friendly and very caring. We were very impressed.

Dog wash was a great option instead of making a mess at home. Clean facilities

Busy shop, great wash bay, friendly helpful staff. Pets allowed in store, but be aware, not all other peoples pets are well behaved! Great range of products.
