McDonald's Banora Point

Used to be great, but so many staff shakeups! Frozen flavours other than coke always unavailable! Took three attempts for them to produce a hot Quarter Pounder! South Tweed is somewhat okay

Uncooked cold chips, and barely any in packet. This has happened multiple times. Overcooked nuggets that were like rubber chew toys and the server didn't give me all my order this time.nWhen this was pointed out to her, the rest of the order was shoved through the window, no apology just a sour face.nAvoid if you can. Any other McDonald's would be better.nDon't bother ringing the store, they never answer the phone.

9 out 10 times I leave either with wrong order or just really bad service, once again today was given wrong order and came back around the drive through and my order had been sitting there over ten minutes and by the time I got home everything was stone cold. Hopefully we don't all end up with food poisoning. I asked the girl if my order was still fresh or it had been sitting there this whole time she ignored me. Disgusting not even a sorry! just rotten food!

Got take away and only realised when we got home our cokes were basically water, not enough post mix. You could even see it when lid was off. Staff should of realised. When I rang them they said they were changing it then. Good deed done by me to notify them but no real thanks from their side.

It's pretty incredible that everytime I order uber eats from this store our order is wrong and they leave out items we paid for. Im sick of calling up and complaining It's actually a joke. It's not even an understatement EVERY single time.
