Ordering food from this place caused me the most PAINFUL experience of my life. I ordered miso soup and when they handed it to me the cup was not good enough it had no lid and the water was boiling and almost overflowing. I could not hold it with my hands I was getting burnt just trying to hold it. Because of this I ended up spilling it on my legs it started burning right away I didn’t know what to do. I was just yelling it burns it burns. Lucky my partner was there who took me to a safe place to take off my jeans and helped me. I was in pain the whole day and night. I had to go to the doctor the next day. Because of how bad it was I was referred to the burns department in Brisbane. Now a few weeks later I am a bit better still recovering but still unable to return to my normal life yet. My partner tried to contact the owner. He took no responsibility. I wouldn’t buy from them again. I think I am lucky because I am young. But if this happens to a kid or an older person it would be way worse than what happened to me.

HEALTH AND SAFTY RISK!nnI ordered miso soup here on the 2nd of May with my partner. The soup is was given over the counter with no lid in a incredibly simple styrofoam cup. The cup was so hot we struggled to hold it since the cup did not prevent any heat. When we found a place to sit my partner accidentally split the cup on her jeans due to struggling to manage the heat of it. Because of the design of the cup more than half of it immediately spilt. It was the most painful experience of her life! Even though we took the jeans off immediately and applied cold to the wound. The water was so hot that it gave her second degree burns through her jeans! We had to go to the burns unit in Brisbane and she is still recovering now a month later. There is risk of scars.nnWhen I contacted the owner he took no responsibility for the health and safety risks I outlined. He blamed us for spilling it and said it “not his problem”. I would not recommend this business. Be very careful if you order miso soup here. I hope this doesn’t happen to anyone else in the future.

Been eating here occasionally but won't return after today. Rice was under cooked and inedible. California roll was missing the roe.nSushi yucky

Polite, prompt & friendly customer service. No bad attitude from the owners of this small business. I’ve been buying sushi from them for about a year now & find the service consistent. The food is nice & fresh (some hot food also). I’ve come in early & found that the owners are busy preparing the meals. Give them a try!
