The miserable POS that does the driving tests needs to show some compassion and maybe show a smile. Kids are coming in excited and nervous about getting their license and are greated by a poor miserable attitude. Zero stars
I just returned a brand new condition etag still in its plastic bag they gave it to me in, but because I threw out the old one, a large dirty brick of a thing from 2009 that the RMS would have thrown out the moment the saw it. No $80 refund. But they just got a brand new onebone of me, which they are going to give to someone else. But I just paid for it... Not cool.
Service is great, workers are robots they can not override the system eventhough it is their own mistake, computer generated restrictions on my licences since Jan 2017 and every time I have to call them and waste 2 days chasing them to remove the restrictions so that I can register my new car. The main issue is NO ONE knows why this happens, why the system keeps imposing restrictions on my account/licence?
I went in because I had lost my car registration papers and I was in and out in 5 minutes - excellent service well done
Management and staff at the tweed motors registry in the team manages absolutely amazing I want to thank you so much for caring they love their customers
