Sally is an amazing yoga teacher. Her classes are engaging and fun. She is very knowledgeable in regards to working with people with injuries and I feel very safe in her class. The students are friendly and welcoming . The venue is spotlessly clean andnWell set up.

Sally runs a fantastic yoga class. She has a way of explaining things so you do the poses correctly and then you know what you’re doing and why. I always feel so great when I leave :)
