It's a convenient supermarket to go to after school drop offs. There's a nice little coffee shop in the same centre and getting back into the M1 north or south bound is really easy from here.
We have lived here for 13 yrs and when we first came here, Coles at Banora was excellent. But over the past year or so, it has declined. The choice of products is much more limited, the boned meat has not been cut with a sharp enough saw, so the chops have small bone fragments in them a lot of the time, the self serve checkouts are dated, compared to other stores, and there is often not enough staff on the deli. The big Coles at Banora is better, but parking is often difficult there and we have to drive there, whereas we live only a short walk from the smaller Coles. It's ad to see how much it has declined, even before the Pandemic. On the upside, the staff there are always lovely.
Shopping at the end of a work day or afterschool most fruit and vege are gone. Not fully stocked with all brands either. Tweed city is much larger and better stocked.
