This is one of the best Coles stores that I've come across in a long time. Very polite,never too busy to help and handle any inquiry.nWaiting times aren't too long normally about a minute or two to get served.nThe issues that I have are one. there is a deaf staff member who does her best always and goes out of her way to be as helpful as can be. About a month ago I was really disappointed with Carol who works on the service counter. I was so disappointed with her behaviour towards this lovely lady staff member that I have to post it here in order for something to be done about it!! The lady in question was asked by Carol a series of questions in which she answered and Carol was getting upset with her because Carol didn't realize that this deaf lady staff member had answered her. Where is your patience Carol!!!! Iam a local of more than 6 years in this area and have never seen any type of this behaviour towards any other staff in other Tweed district stores!
