20th Century Antiques and Collectables

We headed here at close to 11am this morning (a Saturday) and found the small coffee shop at the entrance open but the store closed off even though their sign showed the opening time of 10.30am. There were 5 or 6 other people waiting outside who said the owner was apparently inside but hadn’t opened up. We waited several minutes longer and then asked the girl at the coffee shop if she knew what time they might be opening and she just shrugged and said ‘I’m open but I don’t know about them’ ! (We can only assume from that off-hand comment that they are separate businesses although they appear as one). If a business doesn’t respect potential customers enough to open on time then they don’t deserve my business regardless of how good their wares are. Very disappointing.

Oh what a joy to come here and browse for literally anything! Very sweet and chatty staff. It’s a bit overwhelming at first because there’s so much to look at but it’s well organised which makes it easy to find your way around. Their little coffee corner is also very authentic and cool, serving a great chai latte!

Very cool. Lots of nostalgia. Soooo much stuff so give yourself a lot of time to search through

Great, it takes time to rummage through the whole shop. A collectors delight.

Treasure trove to take you back in time, books, collectibles, toys, popculture, retro And vintage clothing.. Lots to look at, great for collectors or looking for a decorative peice.
