We went to the yoga studio with a bechelorette party in August 2019.nThe yoga teacher was very friendly and explained everything well, as many of our guests came from germany, she responded nicely and spoke more slowly and understandably.nWe all had a lot of fun and got to know something different.nI definitely recommend the yoga studio to others.nPleace excuse my not so good English, as I come from Germany.
All stress relief!! I had sore muscles due to sit all in the office – especially in the neck and shoulders. Since I started the aerial yoga at yogashedgc, it has let go of that tension. Marisa is awesome and supportive as an instructor. All exercise is easy to follow and I can adjust to take it slowly. Highly recommended to all gender and all age group!!!!
