Love, love, lovennPlank HQ Pilates classes have just been the highlight of my life these past few months.nnIt is not your average reformer class and there are no two classes that are ever the same.nnYou will be challenged, you will sweat, you will feel the BURN...you may even swear under your breath ud83dude05, but you will finish the class with a glow, a huge sense of accomplishment and discover some muscles you never even knew you had.nnBe prepared to not be able to brush your hair after working those triceps, or walk quite normally some days after. And be prepared to build strength, tone & elongate your body like you never have before!nnMy only wish is that I could pack up gorgeous Yandell and her PLANK HQ studio in my suitcase and take it all to Indonesia with me!

Love these classes. Very challenging and fun at the same time. Also great variety not one class so far has been the same.nYandell makes you feel very welcome and at ease... which is great especially for uncos like me!
