Store layout is neat and easy to find items. Staff were friendly, helpful, accommodating, and offered a pleasant boutiquey experience. A bit dusty on the checkout counter and on change room floors. However, change rooms are modern with flattering lighting and good privacy curtain.

Over priced. Does not carter for larger sizes (14 and above) nit matter what size or shape very one should feek welcome. staff not friendly.

Tried to shop here Saturday and experienced the worst service ever, it was literally non existent. These 2 women need a serious attitude adjustment, you are a disgrace to the Lorna label. Rockwear benefited highly from your inflated egos!

Great customer service!! I went into the broadbeach store on Saturday looking for a maternity sports bra. I had the loveliest lady help me. She helped me understand the sizes, the fit, how it will stretch with me and knew what size I would be.nCut a long story short, we had to order in my size. She was so patient as i um'ed and Arg'ed about the colour.nIt was ordered on Saturday in store, so easy, and it arrived Tuesday. TUESDAY!nGreat work Lorna Jane.

The size of pants i wanted was not in stock at the Byron Bay location, so i ordered an xs and i was told if it doesnt fit, I could return it. It was shipped to my house but unfortunately didn't fit. I brought it back to the pac fair shop because borders were closed to NSW during covid and was refused a exchange OR refund due to my removal of the tags. It was unworn. The manager said she couldn't do anything for me. The WORST refund and return policy and in store and will stick to lululemon from now on.
