Extremely disappointed, my kids bought me a pair with the zips but because the fur keeps getting trapped in the zipper decided to change. My kids unfortunately did not keep the receipt so the owner said cannot exchange, VERY POOR SERVICE, WILL NOT BE RECOMMENDING THIS STORE, VERY un Australian

I bought waterproof boots there.nThe quality is so good.nI looked around other shop but this shop was most high quality shop.nThere were many boots and bag which I can only get here.

Good quality UGG products which I found unique to this store centrally located in Surfers Paradise.

Way over priced with non english speaking staff. At least I think they were employed there could be a front.
