Club Active Bundall

So happy to have found club active Bundall. The training program is individually developed and takes into consideration your current level of fitness and health conditions. The exercise physiologists and Dyanna the owner go over and above to ensure your program is optimal to ensure you can reach your goals in a welcoming and non judgmental environment. As someone who has been a couch potato for the last year after trying various gyms and a personal trainer, giving up after one or two sessions I can honestly say that I have finally found a fitness program that is going to work for me. After only three training sessions I am moving better and want to keep coming back to continue to improve. Thank you NIck, Dyanna and the team at Club Active Bundall you are awesome.

Thankyou to Dayana & her team, I am very happy to have joined your health club. I had been thinking about joining a club for a few months when I heard about Club Active Bundall opening up. It was exactly what I had been looking for. I had been diagnosed with osteoporosis 3 months earlier & wanted to exercise under the guidance of professional exercise physiologists in a non judgmental environment. I congratulate you and your husband for providing a service that I feel is not catered for in any other gym.
