I was trying to get hold of a Joseph Ribkoff dress that my sister had seen online and knew would be perfect for her 60th birthday party. I'd spent several hours phoning Joseph Ribkoff stockists all around Australia and everyone was lovely but no one had it. When I eventually phoned Ann she didn't have the dress in her store either but she rang the Queensland agent for Joseph Ribkoff for me - a few phone calls later and the dress is now on its way to my sister. Later in the day Ann phoned me back to see how I'd got on. Talk about above and beyond! What a difference it can make to speak to someone like Ann - a real person in a real bricks and mortar store.
