The spinal decompression really works to relieve mild to moderate spinal disk bulges. I have had issues with disc bulges in the past and even had 2 surgeries. Active Again, has done some great work with my knee problem. I have Osteo Arthritis in my knee, and was in pain and unable to perform anything that required me to kneel down and then get up again. After 2 treatments I noticed quite a difference, and after the 5th treatment I had no pain at all, and was able to do things for the first time in many months.
