KFC

Gave not 1 or 2 but 3 chances. Everytime cold food, chips cold, no salt, burgers cold. Don't usually leave reviews but am disappointed enough to this time

I am at KFC as we speak. It is 3:15pm. I would just like to compliment the girl that is working all alone and on her efficiency and politeness. She is balancing everything, preparing, cleaning and serving a number of customers by herself. She is wonderful, polite and has a beautiful smile towards customers. Staff like this need to be acknowledged. The receipt says the cashier’s name is Gemma. I don’t know if this is her. I do hope this girl gets this forwarded to her and gets more help during her shift.

waited over 15 mins for small popcorn chicken. Fastfood??????

Food was ok, service was rather slow for a drink and 1 pack of popcorn chicken. Particularly when later customers received their orders faster.

Went late night shopping and tried to get kfc. Ordered a Zinger box and waited 25 minutes for it to be made. I understand that it was busy and prime time but I watched 4 staff members working on front counter staring at the order screen and moving so slow. Not worth the wait.
