Domino's Pizza Surfers Paradise South

We've always been Domino's fans, but our recent visit here was extremely disappointing. The person taking our order didn't seem to know the menu and could barely understand what we were asking for.nnThey were seriously understaffed - one girl making and boxing pizzas while the guy taking orders seemed to also be helping with deliveries.nnThe girl was stressed out of her brain and was making the pizza so fast, the toppings were flying everywhere. Hoped it wouldn't affect the taste but it did. Uneven toppings, nowhere near enough of them, and overall a bland, cardboardy base. Made an order online , waited over hour pizza didn’t arrive , called the store to find it shut.nHours don’t match what’s advertised.nContacted store , next day. Was told all orders were cancelled, it’s very common this happens, where they shut earlier and have to cancel all orders. YetnNo efforts made to bother calling, emailing confirming cancellation.n2021 guys super easy to update hours, disable online orders when shut amd respectfully contact customers to let them know what’s happening.

Had good food there last night after a horrible time at Timezone. Broaght back a sMile to my kids faces

I wish could follow this matter further but unfortunately I have to leave Gold Coast day after that matter.nWe bought 2 pizzas from this store and my girlfriend suddenly after ate the pizza she felt unwell stomach and vomited.nI didn't ate my pizza honestly too because the pizza make worker's was so sloppy and all the food in front him was everywhere so disgusting

One of the worst customer service I have experienced. I ordered pizza online and wanted to remove a sauce. I did called and explained to which I was given a confirmation of the sauce has been removed. I was allergic to the sauce and then also the sauce was added. On receiving the pizza I did called the store and the manager didn't took the responsibility for their mistake as well. The best thing you can learn from this shop is how to run away from responsibilities and make customers pay the price.
