Absolutely adore going to this gym! PLC has improved my mental and physical health on a whole new level. The trainers there are the sweetest and most motivating people I have ever been trained by, it feels like a second family. As someone who has been struggling with anxiety, working out at PLC Bundall has changed my life in the most amazing way possible. Come train at PLC if you ever get the chance to!

PLC has the most inclusive and genuine group of people, I couldn’t be more grateful. The classes are exciting and the coaches always make it fun and enjoyable. It’s easy to feel motivated in such a great place like PLC!

I’ve been going to PLC Bundall for over a year now.. It has the best vibe, everyone is so warm and welcoming. The trainers are amazing, so knowledgeable and incredibly supportive. They take the time to learn what your goals are so they know how to best assist/push you during your workout. Highly recommend!

I honestly cannot recommend PLC Bundall enough, I have seen the biggest difference in my body since starting here. Whereas when I was just going to the gym I was seeing no difference. The team here are so amazing and supportive and really make sure you’re hitting your goals. I’ve told literally everyone I know how amazing this place is!
