Brandon,nnI would like to sincerely say “Thank You!!!!”to you for your spirit, knowledge and guidance for helping me achieve my health and fitness goal through your Zone Transformation program.nnI never have Dreamtime thought that I could get to where I am today, an entire new outlook on food and the loss of 10lbs in a very short period of time. My goal as a mom to a 10yr son we’re not complicated, in a nut shell I knew I needed to clean up my “act”! (And I was determined with a full closet of clothes that did not fit) my final thought was what ever amount of weigh I loose I will be so very grateful!!!!!! Most importantly this program works!! Just on everyday food, no supplements needed no weighing of food just normal portions and a personal will to reach your goal. Once you learn that this program works the search is over. Thank God! I've always had trouble getting engaged with a gym or trainer that can keep me coming back to workout. This is it! Zone transformations and Brandon in particular keeps me engaged, I feel like the gym wants me to be there and I don't want to miss any of the fun sessions we have. Keep it up guys!
