Not only are their products high quality but the staff are amazing. First time ever in Surfers and have never had such a warm welcome! Instantly had the feeling the staff were more friends than workers, was helped picking the right size and was given piercing suggestions as well as tourist suggestions! My mum and I was in the store today ( 6/3/2021) we were served by Nathan. What an absolute pleasure it was. Personality plus, he knew what he was talking about, extremely genuine and wanted to help in any way he could. Was extremely apologetic that it was taking so long for us to get seen. This man deserves employee of the century as I have NEVER dealt with someone who shows soo much compassion and enthusiasm for his work.nThank you Nathan for making our visit in store super enjoyable!!!!!

The staff were professional, friendly and helpful. My mate got piercings and we both got tattoos. The environment was sterile and the tattoos and piercings are amazing!! Will definitely be coming back in future!!
