Great service overpriced

In January 6. my husband and I visit SDS in Surfers Paradise (Soul BLDG). In the shop window I discovered a watch and tried to try it on. A saleswoman opened the display case and handed it to me. After successful fitting I told the saleswoman that I wanted to buy the watch. She opened the drawer below the cabinet and took out the box. We went to checkout and I paid AUD 199.-.nAt home (unfortunately already in Switzerland) I noticed that the box was empty. The saleswoman gave me the box of the exhibition model.nWe have contacted SDS several times by telephone. A recall by a chief to clarify this incident has never taken place. We are massively disappointed. AUD 199.- is a lot of money for us !

Great customer service and friendly staff. Stock was a bit low on swimming gear and some rash vests stained which couldn't be explained.
