We are a professional business with clients booked in throughout each day, we booked a job with Lambert’s on site at 10.30am we received a call at 10.41am from the technician telling us he would be about half an hour late!!! We reminded him that it was booked for 10.30am and that we were onsite waiting with our client for him to arrive. He apologised and said he would get his boss to ring us straight away. We heard from no one. The technician arrived and was very apologetic and completed the job thoroughly and professionally kudos to Lloyd for a great job. We told Lloyd we still hadn’t heard from his boss and we were very disappointed that no one had taken the time to communicate to us in advance that they were going to be late on site. Lloyd said he would ask his boss again to call us, eventually he did. The boss was rude, disrespectful and had a very poor attitude towards us he refused to listen or understand why we were upset that no one had the respect to communicate to us they were going to be late, we had other customers that day as well as our client who was also left waiting for them!! The boss wanted to continue arguing with us and the conversation went nowhere, we have used Lambert’s a few times before but due to the arrogance, disrespect and unprofessional manner of the boss who dealt with us we will NEVER use them again and certainly do not recommend them as a professional service. We have researched locators on the Coast and there are quite a few so clearly there are other options to consider. Thank you Lloyd for your professionalism but the boss and company you work for have let you down big time!!!
