Good physio. Almost instant results on a long term shoulder problem and now am well on the way to full strength and mobility.

This was my first experience with Reformer Pilates, the instructors were genuine and caring and provided a lot of instruction. I loved the sessions and felt my body toning. Unfortunately just a bit too far for me to travel, I could never predict traffic, but definitely highly recommended.

The physiotherapists and Pilates instructors at Lissome Studios are knowledgeable, helpful and very friendly. When I first came here I was suffering from Achilles tendinopathy and not able to run more than a few minutes at a time. With their help and advice I have built up my strength, managed my Achilles issues, improved my running technique and finally been able to run the half marathon. I highly recommend them to any runner suffering from injuries.

Best place staff are friendly and make you feel comfortable when l first started l could hardly walk and saw lower back and my flexibility was none l hadn't none any exercise for 5yr. They help me with my broken foot and bad left angle l couldn't walk long distances but know 1year later and walk and stand for long time my lower back great and flexibility 80 prevent. I highly recommend them they gave me my life back moving around without any pain thank you.
