Always told me it was a dangerous job, Ken came to inspectionn, took a little bit of job, and said he'd give me a quote for a few days and get back to work.nnAfter the first inspection was slightly treated, before he came back to work, it rained heavily and we leaked in the house. Call Ken about 7 pm to 8 pm and say he can't come say it's none of his business, he didn't touched much in the inspection.nnIn fact, the problem was when he first came to check. When Ken first came, he connected the pipe that had fallen off the roof, and then opened a lid under the pipe, without a lid, and when it rained heavily, the rain was too heavy to wash down, causing a serious leak in the house.nnOriginally I thought it was really bad to ask him to come after hour, when I opened Google to see his profile, 7 days 24 hours, 40 years of experience, I was very puzzled,nnmore than 40 years of experience will miss a $3.5 lid not covered? Even on rainy days, say serivce 7 days 24 hours, why not came about 7pm - 8pm (DO NOT SAID IT WAS RAINY DAY SO CAN NOT GUARANTEE 7/24 SERVICE)nnKen only care about his invoice
