Absolutely fantastic place. They cover so many aspects here, physiotherapy, massage, yoga, pilates etc. I recommend Bloom to all my pregnant/new mum friends!

I really enjoyed the pilates reformer class, it was a small class which is nice and they have very qualified instructors to ensure you are doing the exercises correctly.
