Star Nails

I wouldn’t put a star near this place..nBut couldn’t post this without at least one..nWhat a joke to start with..n1..They thought my actual nails were acrylic...n2.. The staff were more concerned with their own nails than the ones I was paying them to,I can’t say fix..nbecause they definitely did not do that...n3..My nails (keeping in mind they are my own nails)..were filed anything but straight..nThe amount of times the “professional” had the tool run of my finger..gave me a blood blister..(pictures below)..nAnd 5 days after having my nails done they look embarrassing....nOh and I nearly forgot .no foil and cotton it’s dip your hand in this..nSo if you value the job someone does on/with your nails,stay well clear of this place..nLadies please listen..ud83dudc9c

Worst experience I have ever had in my entire life. I only went in to get my acrylic nails removed and she removed my thumb nail from the skin bed. She didn’t soak them and used what looked like a painting metal scrapper. I screamed as soon as she did it and it started to bleed then she did it a second time. I went to wash my hands from the blood and was into much pain. As I was walking out the owner insisted she wanted to see proof that they were bleeding. They didn’t seem to care so I walked out.

Wish I could less than 1 Star. Worst experience I have ever had I'm in shock. I left the salon in tears. Terrible customer service and quality. Very poor and careless job on a full set. And when I mentioned this to them they started yelling in another language and totally embarrassed me instead of trying to fix. They look terrible and will have to get them fixed elsewhere. I highly recommend you take your business elsewhere if you're considering going here.

I have gone here for some years now. Quality and management was always good in a busy salon. My recent experience was bad. Quality not good my SNS nails have chipped and new staff are arrogant and I was left waiting with nails soaking long after they were clean. Time to look else where

Stuff were quite rude. I booked and they told me to come back when I did they had booked out I had to wait another 10-15 minutes. Only paid $25 for nails but horrible job I suppose that what I get for $25. The lady cut me 3 times and nail are very uneven.
