Still waiting for items to be sent that were ordered and paid for on 15th January!

Still waiting for any sign of tracking from an order placed 2 weeks ago. Wont answer emails or phone. Poor customer service. I know there is a delay due to virus, but don't take out money straight away if you aren't going to send the order. Now have to try and fight to get money back somehow.

Amazing facilities, very knowledgable and helpful staff. Products at very competitive prices and their price match policy is fantastic.
