Brought the static collar on advice from trainer and vet, it's been a great success to help curb unnecessary barking. My dog managed to damage the collar itself and the company was so easy to speak to to get it replaced. Thanks heaps guys, what wonderful service

Petsafe provides a microchip service for your pets. The service works as well as any other one could expect in Australia, except for their customer service. If you speak with 'Amanda' you will understand. Her phone manner is curt, dismissive and you are left feeling you have made a grave error in interrupting her day. Instead, try Australasian Animal Registry, Pet Register and the like. RSPCA has a list of national providers.
