Only after money not the welfare of the animals. Puppies being sold on hard floors with no bedding, huddled up on their own wee matts. They look so sad.

Terrible service, two girls at the front counter as I walk in with my kids, we had already been in the day before to look at what we needed. We wanted to get a Comet, fantail, tank, snail and a plant.nI was told I needed a 20L tank that was heated and airated for two Goldfish!?nThey sincerely were not interested in helping at all. The owner of this store must be beside themselves, with what these workers are doing to this buisiness.nI said that I'd had Goldfish in a non heated, non airated tank as a kid that lived happily for years. I was told that because of RSPCA standard they wouldn't sell me any fish as I wouldn't purchase their suggested tank.nThe most bizzare situation in the world.nBoth of these girls were needlessly rude, hostile and lazy.nI will be sure to pass along my expierence.

My partner and I bought our little man (kitten) from here yesterday (19/03/2020) and they couldn't have been more friendly and excited to see him go to a new family. He is only 9 weeks old and we already love him so much. He is so playful and just loves playing with us.nnThanks guys for the beautiful service.

Bought a bag of roo ribs to clean my dogs teeth on advice from staff. Made my dog sick on one piece. Staff refused to swap remainder back for another product. Will stick to pet barn who give good customer service

The reason I give it a one star is the price for lizard crickets. Really small stock and the price well $7.95 each. For one tub. Every where else is $5.95. It cost me $23.95 for three lots. Where I pay $17.95 for three lots. You can see the difference. So looks like I'm taking a extra 10 mins to go else where. I'll never go back to that store again.
