Budget Pet Products

Absolutely awesome service! I had setup an auto delivery with them but since doing so had to put one of my dogs down. I contacted them to say I no longer needed it and why and they cancelled it straight away and gave me their condolences! It was super lovely and I will definitely be back when I need more pet products!

Budget pet is my preferred supplier, I am happy with the quality of products, the discount prices, the range of products, the customer service is great and their delivery time is USUALLY exceptional. However, I ordered on Thursday 17/7/21 and received a call on Friday asking to confirm my address (which is strange, as I always use BPay to check out and the address is correct). I hadn't received any updates on my delivery, so I rang this morning, only to be told my order was being picked and packed today and my order will be delivered with in 4-5 business days. I have now had to arrange to collect my order myself, but that still won't be available till tomorrow afternoon for collection! Not a happy customer right now, very disappointed indeed.

I am a regular customer since 2014 where I resided in Perth. Now I live in Townsville, this company is just as good where ever you live. I have never had any issues where it could not be fixed promptly with their excellent customer service. I have always been fully satisfied and confident when purchasing products through their on-line site with a free quick delivery to boot.

I have ordered from the website a few times now. ALWAYS happy with the quality of products, the discount prices, the range of products, the fast delivery and the customer service on the phone is fantastic. This is my go to for food and products for my little dogs. Thank you!

I had used budget pet products numerous times. I had their app and went to order dog food. It said on their app it was approximately $93 but they charged me $111. When I questioned this, they told me it was a special discount on the first order. But I had paid that price a few times and why would it say that was the price on the app? I'll order elsewhere from now on.
