While most staff are friendly and have been nothing but amazing, My family were treated horribly when they needed to refund a toy for our cat due to it being faulty. One member insinuated that we had lied to them about its condition, were incredibly rude and displayed an unprofessional character that could have been avoided. At the end of the day theres no monetary gain from refunding an item, so why would we lie about such a thing? While I enjoy the store and staff mostly, that experience with one member will influence my purchasing choices from now on.

They are selling out of date dog food so be sure to check the date. Proceed to tell me it’s okay to still feed it to my dog even tho it’s nearly 3 months out of date and still charging nearly full price with only $5 discount

I suffer from Anxiety and had to get some things for my puppy and birds. It took me 3 trips in and out of shop to buy everything I needed.nPanic causes fuzzy brain.nI was served by 3 different people. ALL 3 staff went above and beyond to help me.
