I recently visited Goldcoast with a group of myI ndian family friends from NSW and they were all keen to have Kerela food and I was really feeling proud. We got there at the restaurant for the dinner after a long tiring day at the theme parks, hoping to have a great dining experience. The friends from other states picked a lot of interesting dishes described on the menu and the waiter continuously enticed them with his customer service skills in Maglish. We were all seated for about half an hour and the two men who were at the desk disappeared into the background for a while. Families with kids were getting impatient as they were hungry and they asked me to find out about the delay. Being the only malayalee in the group I went in to have a chat with the duo and to my shock he was bold enough to tell me that their cook was on holidays and they don't have any of the means to prepare the items we had ordered. For a moment I thought he was playing a practical joke on me, but soon I realised that was a fact. The whole group abused me and vowed never to step in any Malyalee restaurant ever again. What a pathetic show guys,if you didn't have your cook why the f....do you open up your shop.please this is the limit...shame guys.I will never recommend anybody for this wonderful experience at AVIAL....stay away please .

They serve a wide variety of food items, mostly in the famous Malabar style from Kerala. This is one and only unique and authentic Malabari Restaurant in south port I come across. Get ready to be amused by everything they serve. The seafood they serve is awesome. Price is reasonable and the ambiance is just above the average but still good when comparing the prices.

My wife and I had dinner here and we ordered fish curry. The taste was really bad. Generally Kerala restaurant do have good fish curry.

Poor service saw the menu found good so thought of visiting, it was mentioned 9:30 as the closing time but then the staff told that the restaurant is closed at 8:50 itself.nWas upset and had dinner from other place.
