Chase the owner of the company came out ASAP!nI was so impressed, he was so lovely and extremely understanding especially as l was still so distraught.nHe put on a temporary lock for me that night so l was 100% safe. I ordered the best state of the art computer key pad lock worth $400. He really looked after me and gave it to me for $100. Installing the lock the very next day. He went above and beyond for me, very caring and professional. I was so happy, l started to tear up! And he wouldn’t even take any money from me until the job was finished.nCG. CG Locks went out of their way on the settlement day of our property purchase, settlement was delayed and saw Chase and his team out at the property rekeying all the locks after 5pm on a Friday afternoon.
