Have always had great experience of craftsmanship from this business with electronic Car key fobs, shoe repairs that I thought were beyond repair, and more recently I am delighted with their engraving on 2 tankards that I had done for gifts... They stock a great range of gift ideas for personalisation... I even got my dog's collar and tags from there.nFabulous friendly and super helpful service from all. Thoroughly recommend. #10stars

Good staff who do a variety of services. I had a battery for my watch, done in 20 mins. Comes with 2 yr warranty.

Had my laptop engraved from this shop and it was awesome, can't be mistaken for someone else's now.

Very poor service, took a watch to get the battery replaced under warranty, asked if the new battery start again from the day of replacement answer was no, if you want a new warranty card you pay $21. He then started telling how a vacuum clean was replaced the warranty start from date of purchased, which is wrong. Then i asked for head office phone number he tell me to google it. This man has offered me the best awful customer service experience i have never had in my life. I will never ever spend not even a dollar again at this store. Without customers i wonder how his business survived.
