Have not updated their website as shop closed (not open for over a year according to a local) & when I phoned them to find out where they had moved to was informed they did not have a shop front anymore & did not deal with the public directly. Were very unhelpful as to where to get a battery for a car key. The local lady was far more helpful & suggested Battery World. Very helpful & easy to find.

Exceptional service from Amy, polite, efficient & professional.

One of the most painful companies I have had to deal with I only needed 3 security keys cut and the whole process took around 3 weeks and would have been longer if I didn't chase them up every second day. Unfortunately this is the only company that is allowed to cut my security keys and the price was outrageous compared to other companies offering the same service. I hope I will never lose one of these keys and have to go through this process again I think it would be easier to change locks and go with another company. It is not my character to bad mouth a company like this but they have seriously wasted so much of my time.

Far from impressed. $500 to get lock changed to master system of our building (previous owner had changed) and now key won't open unit and waiting for a $290 minimum call out fee! A local locksmith company would be so much better. Too bad we are locked into a national company ☹ufe0f

Paid for keys still waiting needs better communication with clients.
