We love our new carpet. Our experience with Flooring Xtra has been great. They honoured our quote that was four months old even though there had been an increase in the carpet price. They kindly split the order into two visits to help us out so we had enough room in our house to store furniture elsewhere whilst rooms were empty.nExcellent customer service and supportive sales person.nThe carpet layer did a fantastic too.nEverything went smoothly and to plan. Thank you to Jason & the team for all their help and advice to ensure I picked the right flooring for my renovation. I think I came into the store 4 or 5 times to compare ranges and colours and Jason was happy to answer any question I threw at him as well as come out to measure up the house, he even gave advice as to how to prep the original flooring! I am super impressed with my new hybrid flooring, it looks great and was easy to lay. Highly recommend !! Thanks again

Everyone we spoke to in the office was lovely. The installers were efficient and incredibly nice. The team took care of us with price and answered any questions we had. They were also very flexible in relation to delaying the install due to some issues we had at our house. Would recommend these guys to everyone we know and anyone who would listen!

I walked into the office & recurved one of the nicest welcome ever. I had multiple questions as 16 years since last carpet purchased & all were answered with great patience & knowledge. They add all the wants & gave us Carpets to choose that filled them, again pointed out the good & bad we would encounter. Then the BILL; they looked at every angle & produce a price we all were all happy with. I would recommend them to anyone seeking new carpet & advice. Gillian Ffrost
