Oasisgrass Artificial Grass Gold Coast

We have had a great experience with Oasisgrass. All the way through from our first contact with Shanna to waving goodbye to Rohan upon completion, it was just a simple no pressured process. Rohan and his team have done a fantastic job and just lifted the whole area visually. We did this for practical reasons (for our pets) but we’ve had so many comments from visitors and passersby about how great it looks. During the installation Rohan explained what he was doing and requested our input on how we wanted it to look visually where the edges start and finish. This actually meant a lot and shows that he really cares about what he’s doing rather than quickly getting onto the next job. I’m sure some of his competitors wouldn’t be doing this. As soon as the enquiry was made we were contacted and a site inspection/quote within 24hrs. Their office kept us up to date with an install date and reminders. Rohan was friendly, professional and his offsider Miguel the same. They did a great job of the artificial grass install and left everything clean and tidy. There is a much bigger job waiting for them when we start at the rear of the property. No hesitation in recommending Oasisgrass.

Extremely frustrating initial contact with Oasis lead me to leave a somewhat disparaging review.nRohan did eventually contact me via telephone apologising for the lack of customer service etc, prompted I’m sure, following their sighting of my review, which I have now amended as above.nI hope others enjoy a more pleasurable experience.
