Sorrento Physiotherapy & Pilates Centre

I enjoyed my first visit today with Jess in the Bundall office. She is extremely knowledgeable and did a great job at making me feel comfortable. I have a complex back issue and I am always apprehensive going to physical therapy. I am constantly worried I'll be pushed too far or that my issues won't be given the care they need. I felt I was in wonderful hands with Jess. She was clear with our plans and understands I may have limitations. I'm looking forward to our work together in the coming weeks.

I saw Joe as a Physiotherapist, I have an tennis elbow, wrist and and upper back problems, he recommended me some exercises and done a mix of things where I am sore. I was surprised with how much pain he removed from me after seeing him.nI am extremely happy so far with all his advices and exercises he provided to me.
