ONLY HAD THE E GIFT CARD AND HAD FUELLED UP, THE TEAM MEMBER (LEO, 02/05/2021 @ APPROX 14:00) INFORMED ME THEY DID NOT ACCEPT THE GIFT CARD.nnWE SAID, IT'S A CALTEX, AND HE PROCEEDED TO TELL ME THEY ARE EG GROUP AND DON'T ACCEPT IT. HE EVEN WAIVE HIS SCANNER TO PROVE IT DOESN'T WORK, ALTHOUGH I WANT BORN YESTERDAY AND YOU HAVE TO SELECT GIFT CARDS IN SYSTEM AND THEN SCAN.nnI INFORMED HIM I LIVE OVER AN HOUR AWAY AND WILL CALL AND PAY OVER THE PHONE AND HE SAID I HAD TO DRIVE ALL THE WAY BACK TO PAY IN PERSON!nnI WANT A COMPLAINT LOADED AGAINST THIS STAFF MEMBER & APPROPRIATE TRAINING IN PLACE.nnI HOPE TO BE REIMBURSED FOR THE BAD EXPERIENCE!nnALSO ANOTHER REVIEW SAYS THE SAME THING & THAT THEY HAD TO SHOW THE STAFF MEMBER HOW TO PROCESS THE GIFT CARD, THEREFORE IS ACCEPTED.

I have been to this Caltex a week ago the male said he did not accept my e gift card however this was issued only a week prior and he made me pay by card he was extremely rude.nI called head office who confirmed they accepted them and advised how it needs to be used.nI went to the same Caltex and I was with the same male who said they do not accept the gift card I told him they have been contacted and sent communication he was rude again and I had to show him how to process his own e card on the system.nI was not impressed that a customer had to show a staff member how to process their own gift cards this was bad service with a bad attitude and the second time in a row
